Returns & Exchanges

At Avoli, we stand by the performance and quality of our gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn products. If your equipment doesn't help you dominate the court, we'll make it right with a hassle-free process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply download and print it to prepare your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse team inspects your returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
